Sea Mar Community Health Centers, a reputable Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) with a rich history dating back to 1978, seeks a skilled Substance Use Disorder Professional II to join our team of dedicated healthcare professionals.


Job Summary

We are currently recruiting for a full-time Substance Use Disorder Professional II position in our Lynnwood, WA location. As a key member of our team, you will provide direct counseling services to patients, delivering high-quality care and support to individuals struggling with addiction.


Responsibilities

  • Deliver direct counseling services to patients, including assessments, evaluations, and intakes in a one-to-one or group format.
  • Provide clinical supervision to SUD Trainees, if assigned by the Program Manager, Clinical Supervisor, or Behavioral Health Regional Director.
  • Work collaboratively with other Sea Mar employees and patients to contribute to the organization's mission.
  • Meet the conditions of employment, including a clean history of substance misuse and the ability to perform a minimum of 40 face-to-face encounters per week.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must possess a Substance Use Disorder Professional license from the Department of Health, a Bachelor's degree, and a minimum of three years' experience in the field. Bilingual English/Spanish proficiency is highly desirable.
