About the Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Mass General Brigham in Cambridge, Massachusetts. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and patient-focused environment.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to patients in the Med Surg department. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in medical-surgical nursing, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care plans
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and services
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with patients, families, and healthcare professionals
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction
Requirements
  • Certification as a Registered Nurse in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts
  • At least 3 years of experience in medical-surgical nursing, preferably in an ER or community health center setting
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Salary

Estimated salary range: $85,000 - $115,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications.
