Main Responsibilities:
  • Lead process optimization activities to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and enhance productivity
  • Manage and report on plant maintenance budgets and costs
  • Identify and implement projects to reduce cost and energy usage
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives, including root cause analysis and predictive failure analyses
  • Develop and implement preventive maintenance and inspection programs
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering
  • 3-5+ years' experience in chemical plant or refinery operations
  • Strong leadership qualities and ability to engage associates
  • Demonstrated ability to critical thinking and analytical skills
  • Able to drive associate alignment and accountability
