Job Description

This Industrial Sales Representative role involves developing and implementing effective sales strategies to increase market share and drive revenue growth in the Petro-Chemical industry.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of industrial/chemical pumps & rotating equipment, with a focus on direct/outside sales. They will be responsible for engaging in outside sales activities, including prospecting, networking, and attending industry events.

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase market share and drive revenue growth.
  • Engage in outside sales activities, including prospecting, networking, and attending industry events.
  • Manage existing client accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.
  • Close deals with potential clients while maintaining profitability.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need to have:

  • MINIMUM 2 years experience in sales of Industrial/Chemical pumps & rotating equipment in the Petro-Chemical industry with a focus on direct/outside sales.
  • Strong business development skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent account management capabilities, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
  • Proficiency in analyzing data to inform decision-making processes.
