We are looking for a Technical Director - Electrical Engineering to lead our power generation team and provide technical direction for generator set electrical design and performance. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced electrical engineer to take on a leadership role and make a significant impact on our business.

Responsibilities

">

The successful candidate will serve as a technical expert for engineering teams, addressing questions regarding feasibility of potential applications and providing technical guidance for units in the field. They will also engage with global network of alternator suppliers for technical support or special requests, and assist overseas manufacturing location in product and process improvements.

Requirements and Qualifications

">

To be considered for this role, applicants must have a Bachelor's Degree in electrical engineering from an ABET-accredited institution and 1-3 years of experience. Experience with fault coordination, symmetrical component, and reference frame analyses, islanded power systems, and/or electric machine design are considered an advantage.

Salary and Benefits

The salary range for this position is $76,050 - $96,050 per year, depending on the candidate's experience and qualifications. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) with company matching.
