Patient Care Technician

We are seeking a skilled Patient Care Technician to join our team at Humboldt Park Health. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality patient care and support to our patients and their families.
Key Responsibilities- Assist with patient care under the direct supervision of a Registered Nurse, including taking vital signs, phlebotomy, and respiratory therapy.
- Perform technical and medical procedures not governed by licensure.
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure timely completion of paperwork.
- Effectively move patients, supplies, and equipment in a safe and timely manner.
- CNA Certification or PCT Certification (HCWR) required.
- EKG Certification and Phlebotomy Certification preferred.
- BLS Certification required.
- Must pass physical and drug screening.
- Shift Differentials: $0.95 per hour for PM/Nights.
