About the Role:

The Patient Advocate Coordinator will play a critical role in negotiating contracts and letters of agreement with insurance plans for our out-of-network providers.

Salary: $65,000 - $85,000 per year

Key Responsibilities:

This position involves:

  • Negotiating and tracking provider letters of agreement
  • Collaborating with the Gap department for seamless transitions
  • Communicating with patients to facilitate letter of agreements
  • Maintaining accurate records of interactions and outcomes
  • Working closely with doctors' offices to ensure smooth operations
Qualifications:

  • A degree in healthcare management or a related field
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to interpret complex medical bills and insurance documents
  • Proficiency in relevant software for claims processing
  • Empathy and a patient-focused approach
