About the Job OpportunityWe are seeking an Academic Leader in Clean Energy Research to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to our mission of advancing clean energy technologies and educating the next generation of engineers and scientists.
As an Academic Leader, you will be responsible for developing and implementing research projects related to clean energy technologies, teaching undergraduate and graduate courses, mentoring students, and contributing to departmental service activities.
You will have the opportunity to work with a talented team of faculty members and students, engage in collaborative research projects, and access state-of-the-art facilities and resources.
Responsibilities- Develop and implement research projects related to clean energy technologies
- Teach undergraduate and graduate courses in electrical and computer engineering
- Mentor students in research projects and provide guidance on their academic and professional development
- Contribute to departmental service activities, such as committee work, outreach, and recruitment
- Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or closely related field
- Strong research background in clean energy technologies, including solar energy, wind energy, energy storage, and smart grids
- Excellent teaching skills and ability to communicate complex technical concepts to students and non-technical audiences
- Proven track record of securing external funding for research projects
- Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and students from diverse backgrounds
We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, commensurate with experience and qualifications. The estimated salary for this position is $120,000-$180,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.
