**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled Warehouse Operations Specialist to join our team at Endevis. As a key member of our quality management system, you will be responsible for directing on-site quality activities and priorities to ensure our commitment to quality.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Direct daily priorities: quality inspections, internal/external customer service, communications, problem solving, and portal tickets.
* Direct weekly priorities: projects, processing customer complaints, defective raw material resolutions, and inventory management.
* Direct monthly priorities: on-site workstation reviews, data and content collection, manage tool calibration system, follow-up, and close-out critical quality activities.
* Liaise with third-party testing labs, mills/suppliers, and interact with all inputs and outputs linked to the local and global QMS.

**Preferred Skills**

* 3+ years in quality assurance, manufacturing, or a related field.
* 1+ years using Microsoft Office applications such as Outlook, Excel, and Word.
* General skillset for technology/IT a bonus.
* 2+ years of related Technical/industry knowledge: e.g., root cause analysis, auditing, experience in aerospace, medical, defense, etc.
