Job Overview

The Night Operations Supervisor is tasked with providing leadership and guidance in merchandising, ensuring that products are available in appropriate quantities throughout the store. This role involves delivering a positive service experience to members and overseeing the work of the merchandising team. The Night Operations Supervisor also serves as the Manager on Duty (MOD) when assigned, managing all club departments and addressing any concerns that arise.

  • Leadership: Demonstrate business acumen and strategic thinking by utilizing business data effectively.
  • Team Development: Teach, coach, and lead team members through the training process, fostering engagement and compliance with policies.
  • Member Service: Ensure excellence in service at all points of contact, setting high standards for team members.
  • Operational Excellence: Maintain club standards, ensuring a clean, organized, and well-stocked environment.

Qualifications

  • Basic computer skills (MS Word, MS Excel, Email) required.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; experience in retail or management preferred.
  • Valid Driver's License and forklift certification required.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age and complete required training.

Physical Requirements

This position involves standing and moving continuously on hard surfaces, with frequent lifting of objects up to 30 pounds. The role may require operating machinery and working in environments with varying temperatures.
