Job Summary:

Complete Care at Voorhees is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse-RN Supervisor to join our team. As a Registered Nurse-RN Supervisor, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest quality of care for our residents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of nursing staff on assigned shifts, ensuring that all aspects of patient care are met.
  • Conduct regular nursing rounds to monitor the distribution of medications, blood draws, and other elements of patient care.
  • Provide education and training to staff, residents, and resident family members as needed.
  • Ensure that all staff members are performing their duties in accordance with local, state, and federal guidelines.
  • Collaborate with the Assistant Director of Nursing, Director of Nursing, and Administrator to ensure seamless operations.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to ensure the smooth operation of the nursing department.

Requirements:

  • Associates or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing.
  • Current, unencumbered New Jersey Registered Nurse License.
  • Previous long-term care experience is preferred but not required.
