Lacrosse Coach

We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Lacrosse Coach to lead our team to success. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the sport, excellent communication skills, and the ability to motivate and inspire players.

• Develop and implement a comprehensive lacrosse program that aligns with the school's philosophy and goals.
• Recruit, train, and supervise assistant coaches and support staff.
• Plan and execute practices, games, and tournaments, ensuring a safe and positive experience for players.
• Develop and maintain relationships with players, parents, and community members.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest lacrosse techniques, strategies, and rules.
• Ensure compliance with school and district policies, as well as state and national regulations.

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Valid Florida Educator Certificate or Athletic Coaching Certificate.
• Proven experience in coaching lacrosse, with a strong track record of success.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work effectively with players, parents, and staff.

The Lacrosse Coach will work in a fast-paced environment, with frequent travel to games and tournaments. The position requires the ability to lift up to 20 pounds and stand for long periods.
