We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Lacrosse Coach to lead our high school lacrosse team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive lacrosse program that aligns with the school's mission and values.

• Develop and implement a lacrosse program that promotes student-athlete development and success.
• Recruit, select, and manage a team of assistant coaches.
• Plan and execute lacrosse practices, games, and tournaments.
• Develop and implement a budget for the lacrosse program.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and school policies.
• Communicate effectively with students, parents, and school administrators.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the school administration.

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Valid Florida Educator Certificate or Athletic Coaching Certificate.
• Proven experience in coaching lacrosse at the high school level.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively with students, parents, and school administrators.

The Lacrosse Coach will work in a fast-paced environment with frequent deadlines and changing priorities. The successful candidate must be able to work effectively under pressure and maintain a positive attitude in a team environment.
