ROLE SUMMARY

As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a crucial role in creating exceptional experiences for our clients. Your focus will be on establishing strong connections with customers, addressing their concerns, and delivering outstanding service. A commitment to understanding our products and services, as well as providing tailored recommendations, is essential.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Develop and maintain trusting relationships with both internal and external clients through effective communication.
  • Handle customer inquiries, service requests, pricing inquiries, and returns via various communication channels.
  • Identify and resolve product or service issues by determining the root cause, selecting the most effective solution, and ensuring follow-up for complete resolution.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to enhance customer satisfaction and service delivery.
  • Conduct outbound communications to clients regarding their orders and related inquiries.
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of all operational systems, tools, and procedures.
  • Identify opportunities to promote additional products and services when appropriate.
  • Engage in continuous training and development within the department and industry.
  • Go above and beyond to connect with customers and address their needs.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

Education:
Associate's degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school; or four years of relevant experience and/or training; or a combination of education, training, and experience is preferred but not mandatory.

Experience:
Preferred experience includes:
  • Two years in a customer support or sales role.
Skills:
  • A strong desire to learn and expand knowledge to better serve our clients.
  • Empathetic listener and problem solver, capable of assisting clients in challenging situations.
