Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations of adolescent patients to identify treatment needs.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with the treatment team.
- Provide direct patient care, including medication administration, wound care, and vital sign monitoring.
- Collaborate with mental health workers and other paraprofessional staff to provide day-to-day clinical direction.
- Document patient progress and communicate effectively with the treatment team.
- Current RN license in the state of Maryland.
- AHA-approved Basic Life Support/CPR certification.
- Experience working with adolescents and their families, preferably in a psychiatric setting.
- Associate degree in nursing or higher.
