About the Role

The Radiology Supervisor at Centinela Hospital Medical Center is responsible for providing leadership and supervision to the radiology department, ensuring the safety of patients and staff. This role involves overseeing human resource functions, including training and staff competencies, as well as ensuring safe staffing levels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage the department budget to meet organizational and patient safety goals
  • Ensure regulatory compliance and ongoing monitoring of departmental indicators and PI activities
  • Perform radiology technologist duties when needed to respond to departmental needs
Requirements
  1. Associates Degree in Radiologic Technology or related field
  2. Specialized training in any modality required
  3. Supervisory experience in medical imaging functions
  4. Previous experience as a radiology technologist or in related modalities
  5. Strong verbal and written communication skills
  6. Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
