Position Overview
The Contract Recruiter plays a crucial role in managing the recruitment process for SIG SAUER, Inc. This position requires a proactive individual who excels in a dynamic environment, capable of multitasking and working independently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify recruitment needs by collaborating with management and evaluating organizational development plans.
  • Design and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  • Develop job descriptions and candidate profiles for various positions.
  • Source candidates through diverse channels, including job boards, networking, and career fairs.
  • Conduct pre-screening of candidates and review resumes to assess qualifications.
  • Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and provide candidates with comprehensive information about the role and the company.
  • Manage all communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
  • Ensure compliance with federal and state employment regulations.

Qualifications
  • A degree or diploma in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in recruitment.
  • Familiarity with staffing systems and applicant tracking tools.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment principles and employment legislation.

Working Conditions
The role may require lifting up to 25 pounds and adherence to safety protocols, including the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) in designated areas.
