At Quipt Home Medical, we are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Documentation Specialist to join our team. This role is responsible for reviewing clinical documentation to ensure compliance with Medicare guidelines, verifying payor source and insurance eligibility, and submitting accurate claims utilizing Brightree billing software.

We offer a competitive salary of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in medical coding and/or billing, as well as excellent interpersonal, coordinating, and organizational skills.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Reviewing clinical documentation to ensure compliance with Medicare guidelines
  • Verifying payor source and insurance eligibility
  • Submitting accurate claims utilizing Brightree billing software
  • Reconciling billing errors on a daily basis
