Work Schedule:

This position offers flexible scheduling options, whether you prefer full-time or part-time commitments. There may be occasions requiring additional hours or weekend involvement for special events, as well as participation in our annual retreat.

Compensation Structure:

IFI provides comprehensive training to empower our Ministry Coordinators in personal fundraising efforts. You will be responsible for assembling a network of supporters to meet financial obligations, including salary, benefits, and ministry-related expenses. Compensation for this role ranges from $24,960 to $72,800, depending on experience and other relevant factors.

Responsibilities:

As a Ministry Coordinator, you will be part of a dynamic team and will need to reside in proximity to the university campus you will serve. Your primary responsibilities will include:
  • Establishing a ministry presence by cultivating relationships with university personnel, church partners, and volunteers.
  • Engaging in direct ministry activities while empowering others to organize Bible studies, cultural events, and share the Gospel message.
  • Ensuring IFI is recognized as a student organization and maintaining positive relationships with the campus community.
  • Securing financial and prayer support to meet the budgetary needs of your role.


Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will align with IFI's statement of faith, core values, and operational policies. We seek individuals of integrity who are committed to extending God's love globally by mobilizing Christians to effectively share the Gospel across various cultural contexts.

Education and Experience:
  • Proven experience in ministry, training, and mobilization is essential.
  • Experience in cross-cultural ministry is preferred.
  • A college degree is advantageous.
