**Key Responsibilities**

  • Provide line management and leadership to a team of support workers, ensuring that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver high-quality services to our customers.
  • Work closely with the Team Leader to develop and implement service plans that meet the needs of our customers and stakeholders.
  • Manage budgets and service contracts, ensuring that we deliver a cost-effective service that meets the needs of our customers.
  • Lead multi-agency working with local authorities, NHS trusts, and other external agencies to reduce repeat homelessness and improve outcomes for vulnerable adults and homeless patients.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including customers, staff, and external agencies.
  • Ensure that our services are delivered in a way that is consistent with our values and vision, and that we are meeting our strategic objectives.

**Requirements**

  • Experience of managing a supported housing service or relevant management/leadership role.
  • Knowledge of housing management issues, including rent collection, former arrears, void management, property maintenance, and ASB.
  • Understanding of support services delivery and the ability to deliver services within a Psychologically Informed environment.
  • Knowledge of housing legislation relating to licenses, tenancies, and court proceedings.
  • Protection from Abuse strategies as they relate to children, young people, and adults, with the ability to identify risk and support the Team Leader to embed this within the team.
