Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic sourcing plans to achieve business objectives.
  • Lead a team of sourcing professionals to manage contracts, negotiate prices, and analyze business conditions.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify present and future needs for supplies and materials.
  • Supervise purchasing activities for goods or services and manage vendor relationships.
Requirements
  • 8+ years of industry experience, with at least 5 years of management experience.
  • University/college degree, with higher education desirable.
  • Strong analytical and negotiation skills, with experience working with complex projects.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with teams and stakeholders.
