Job Description

We are seeking a results-driven Life Insurance Sales Representative to join our team at The Hunt Agency. As a Work from Home Opportunity, you will have the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home while selling life insurance products and services to prospective customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Sales and Customer Acquisition: Strategically present the functionality and value of our life insurance products to prospective customers, with the goal of closing sales and promoting customer retention.
  • Relationship Building: Develop and maintain close, open, and honest communications with prospects to build trust and achieve sales goals.
  • Goal Achievement: Meet and exceed weekly, monthly, and quarterly individual and team goals for new customer acquisition.
  • Progress Tracking: Record and document prospect interactions and track goal attainment in our available systems.
  • Market Research: Stay up-to-date on industry trends, best practices, and The Hunt Agency's overall market opportunity.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Some experience in sales is preferred but not required.
  • Licensing: If not already licensed, must be willing to obtain a state license if selected for the position.
  • Relationship Management: Excellent ability to manage and build relationships with customers and prospects.
  • Goal Orientation: Demonstrate ability to meet and exceed sales goals.
  • Communication Skills: Advanced skills in communicating, selling, and negotiating with customers and prospects.
  • Drive and Motivation: Unrelenting drive to understand and meet the needs of prospective customers.
  • Work Ethic: Hard work, good work ethic, and self-driven attitude.
  • Coachability: Willingness to learn and be coached.
  • Scheduling: Ability to organize and manage a consistent schedule and timeline.
  • Remote Work: Ability to work remotely and independently.
