Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Medical Assistant to join our team at Lourdes Health Network. As a Medical Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and supporting our clinical operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist physicians and other healthcare professionals in providing patient care and administrative support.
  • Prepare patients for examinations and procedures, and assist during medical treatments and diagnostic testing.
  • Perform injections and immunizations as directed by medical staff.
  • Maintain a clean and organized environment, including exam rooms and medical equipment.
  • Interact with pharmaceutical representatives and manage drug samples.
  • Order medical supplies and stock exam rooms to ensure a smooth and efficient clinical experience.
  • Ensure accurate and up-to-date medical records, and report clinical issues and treatment protocols to physicians and supervisors.
Requirements
  • Education: RN (ADN and/or BSN) Program.
  • Population Specifics: Knowledge and skills necessary to provide care appropriate to the ages of patients served in LHN Clinics.
  • Experience: Previous experience in a physician's office or similar setting.
  • Required Certification: Registration and current RN license in WA State, Current BLS.
  • Other: Bilingual and/or English-Spanish speaking preferred. Ability to work with culturally diverse population.
