Job Summary:

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality nursing care to children with special needs in the comfort of their own homes. As a Pediatric Home Health Nurse, you will work closely with our team to deliver exceptional patient care and support families in their journey.

Responsibilities:

• Provide skilled nursing services, including medication administration and wound care, as prescribed by a licensed physician

• Monitor patients' health and safety, identifying potential risks and taking proactive measures to prevent harm

• Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient

• Collaborate with healthcare professionals, families, and caregivers to ensure seamless care coordination

• Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care, adhering to HIPAA guidelines and company policies

Requirements:

• Current, unrestricted RN license approved by the Texas State Board of Nursing

• 1 year of relevant experience in pediatric home health or a related field (new graduates welcome to apply)

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse populations

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on patient-centered care
