Job Overview:
BellaCare seeks a compassionate and dedicated individual to fill the role of Hybrid Caregiver & Administrative Coordinator. This position requires providing direct care to clients in the field while supporting various administrative tasks in the office. A strong communicator with adaptability is required to make a positive impact in caregiving and office settings.

Responsibilities:

Caregiving Duties:
- Provide direct in-home care to clients, including assistance with daily living activities, medication reminders, and companionship.
- Maintain a professional demeanor while delivering high-quality care.
- Communicate effectively with clients, their families, and the care team to ensure excellent service.

Administrative Duties:
- Assist with onboarding new clients, conducting initial assessments, and creating care plans.
- Participate in the hiring process, including screening and interviewing potential caregivers.
- Support training and orientation for new caregivers, ensuring they meet BellaCare's standards.
- Fill in caregiving shifts as needed and coordinate scheduling changes.
- Handle alternating on-call duties with the Branch Manager on weekends to address any urgent client or caregiver needs.

Requirements:
- Must have at least a CNA certification (Certified Nursing Assistant).
- Reliable transportation and a current Driver's License are essential for field visits and on-call duties.
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly, positive demeanor.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
- Ability to work collaboratively with the Branch Manager and the rest of the team.
- Flexibility to fill in caregiving shifts and adapt to various tasks as needed.
