About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sprinkler System Service Technician to join our team at Johnson Controls International. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch service and repair to commercial, industrial, and residential sprinkler systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Diagnose and repair sprinkler system malfunctions, including wet, dry, pre-action, deluge, and fire pump systems.
  • Perform routine maintenance and inspections to ensure system efficiency and safety.
  • Collaborate with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions that meet their requirements.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices to ensure our systems meet the highest standards.
Requirements
  • 7-10 years of documented experience in the Fire Sprinkler industry, with a focus on service and repair.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, to meet customer needs.
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
  • Physical ability to lift and move equipment and tools weighing up to 70 lbs.
  • Ability to work at heights, in confined spaces, and in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
  • NICET Level II certification.
  • Backflow certification.
