Expect Technical Staffing is seeking a highly skilled Wireless Network Specialist to join our team on a contract-to-hire basis. The ideal candidate will have expertise in designing, deploying, and managing wireless networks, with a focus on Aruba WLAN products and architectures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough network monitoring reviews and develop comprehensive monitoring and management designs and deployment plans.
- Perform spectrum analysis, frame capture/analysis, RF heat mapping, and WLAN RF and logical configuration analysis to diagnose and report on WLAN performance issues.
- Install and configure WAPs, WLAN controllers, WLAN management software, and WLAN-related network security configurations.
- Provide advanced support for data and wireless network security systems and infrastructure.
- Integrate wireless and wired networks to ensure seamless connectivity.
Requirements:
- Proven experience with Aruba WLAN products, architectures, and design.
- At least 3 years of experience in design, diagnostics, and deployment of top-tier WLAN products.
- Expertise in Ethernet switching and routing protocols and configuration.
Additional Requirements:
- Must be a US Citizen or Green Card Holder.
- Able to work during core hours, 7:30a-3:30p, or 8:00a-4:00p Mon-Fri.
- Will be required to pass a criminal background check.
