We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Retail Sales Associate - Fuel Center. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing cash transactions, and maintaining a clean and safe shopping environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Model Customer 1st behavior, deliver and encourage other associates to deliver excellent customer service.
  • Pump Operations: Pump gas, complete daily tour and inspection, and maintain a clean and safe fueling area.
  • Cash Handling: Perform cashier functions, handle customer transactions, and maintain accurate cash handling procedures.
  • Store Maintenance: Recover displays, maintain cleanliness of the fuel center, and perform other tasks as assigned.
  • Compliance and Safety: Comply with corporate policies, safety guidelines, and standards, and maintain knowledge of emergency plans and procedures.
Requirements
  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: Familiarity with industry/technical terms and processes, and minimum 18 years of age (19 years of age in Alaska and Idaho).
  • Skills: Ability to work without direct supervision, work in a fast-paced environment, and possess excellent communication and customer service skills.
