Certara USA, Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and talented PBPK modeling scientist to join our globally recognized consultancy team. As a Senior PBPK Consultant, you will contribute to consultancy projects with clients in the pharmaceutical industry to develop PBPK models for various projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Apply PBPK models to support applications such as DDI liability prediction, food effect prediction, PK prediction in special populations, biopharmaceutics/bioequivalence prediction, and large molecule PK prediction.
  • Lead consultancy projects or contribute to projects with minimal supervision.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest scientific developments in PBPK and IVIVE to effectively communicate with colleagues, clients, and the scientific community.
Requirements
  • PhD degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience in IVIVE/drug metabolism/pharmacokinetics.
  • 5 years of experience in IVIVE/drug metabolism/pharmacokinetics.
  • Knowledge of PBPK modeling in the drug discovery and development process.
  • Sound knowledge and understanding of IVIVE/drug metabolism/pharmacokinetics.
  • Excellent communication skills to engage with peers and clients within industry, academia, and regulatory agencies.
