Senior Account Operations Manager

This is an exciting opportunity to join our high-growth team as a key member of our Strategic Account Operations team. As a Senior Account Operations Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in defining business processes, driving operational efficiency, and exceeding client revenue targets.
What You'll Do- Develop and own relationships with executive teams at our largest clients
- Exceed client revenue targets through operational optimization and new growth initiatives
- Standardize and improve internal and client operations to enhance efficiency
- Ensure timely execution of all essential aspects of internal operations projects
- Cross-functional collaboration with Product, Engineering, Billing, Launcher, Account Management, and other Operations teams
- Contribute to design and implementation of systems and processes for scalability and efficiency
- 7+ years experience in consulting, investment banking, or exec relationship management, or operations at a fast-paced SaaS tech company
- Experience with data analysis and developing data-driven solutions
- Familiarity with SQL; basic assessment will be part of the interview process
- Demonstrated drive, intellectual curiosity, attention to detail, and proven record of success
- Ability to oversee project management, ensuring timely and qualitative onboarding and continuous improvement
- Proficiency in documenting and developing best practices for incremental improvement and optimization
Competitive salary range: $160K - $210K per annum, depending on experience
