About the Role: We are in search of a Financial Systems Support Specialist focused on Accounting and Financial systems for our manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate financial system needs and devise solutions tailored for our manufacturing operations. This involves engaging with primary users, validating solutions, and supervising the development and execution phases.
  • Tackle application-related challenges within the financial systems of our international manufacturing facilities.
  • Offer technical assistance for monthly financial reconciliations at our overseas sites.
  • Champion the integration of industry and finance, consistently improving the automation and intelligence of financial processes to enhance analytical capabilities and decision-making.
  • Oversee the deployment and execution of financial systems at our manufacturing locations, which includes system testing and user training initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • A bachelor's degree or higher, ideally in finance or computer science.
  • More than 5 years of experience in the implementation or maintenance of financial information systems within large organizations, including a minimum of 3 years with Oracle EBS financial modules (cost, receivables, payables, assets, general ledger)/EAM/Hyperion Planning/fund management systems.
  • Understanding of the structure, operation, and management of internal financial processes and digital financial systems in large enterprises.
  • Fluency in English, with strong listening, speaking, reading, and writing abilities.
  • Outstanding communication and coordination skills, capable of effectively driving project planning and execution through collaboration across teams and departments.
  • Strong critical thinking and articulation skills, with the capacity to quickly translate business requirements into system solutions.

Compensation: The salary range is $95,000 - $200,000, commensurate with experience and skill level.
