Job SummaryWe are looking for an experienced Emergency Nurse to work in our Level 1 Trauma Center. As a member of our team, you will provide high-quality patient care and work collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.
Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care to patients in the Emergency Department
- Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless care transitions
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of one year of Registered Nurse clinical experience in the acute care setting
- Previous trauma ED experience is preferred
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited school of nursing
- Current RN licensure in the Commonwealth of Virginia
- BLS certification from the American Heart Association
- CEN/ACLS certification is desired
