As a member assistance - cart attendant, your primary responsibility is to ensure that members encounter a well-maintained parking area, which includes assisting them with their purchases and ensuring that carts are readily available.

You will also aid our members in loading their vehicles and contribute to creating an exceptional member experience. This role requires you to be active and on your feet throughout your shift, regardless of the weather conditions.

Key Responsibilities...

Ensure club pickup orders are fulfilled by notifying members of any delays; informing them of unavailable products; suggesting alternative options when necessary; ensuring products are selected and packaged in accordance with company policies; dispensing items upon member arrival for pickup; resolving member concerns; and promoting the company's offerings.

Maintain facility safety by conducting regular safety checks; adhering to merchandise handling procedures; and reporting unsafe conditions to management.

Provide member service by recognizing member needs; assisting with purchasing decisions; processing transactions; facilitating payments in line with company policies for various membership and payment types; utilizing cash registers for transactions; organizing merchandise; zoning designated areas; addressing member concerns; promoting company products; organizing and maintaining cart availability; assisting members with transporting items; using cart retrieval equipment as per company guidelines; and ensuring cleanliness in the parking area.

Adhere to company policies, procedures, and ethical standards by implementing related action plans; utilizing the Open Door Policy; and applying these principles in executing business processes.

Complete work assignments and priorities by leveraging policies, data, and resources; collaborating with managers, colleagues, customers, and other business partners; identifying priorities, deadlines, and expectations; executing tasks; communicating progress and information; recommending improvements; and adapting to change and feedback.
