KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide comprehensive and precise information regarding insurance products, coverage alternatives, and claims procedures.
  • Support clients with policy renewals, modifications, and terminations.
  • Work collaboratively with the sales department to promote and enhance insurance offerings.
  • Maintain and update customer records to ensure accuracy and currency.
  • Achieve or surpass set customer service objectives and performance standards.
REQUIREMENTS:
  • Licensed in Property and Casualty.
