Job Description

The Northwest Energy Efficiency Alliance (NEEA) is a leading organization in the energy efficiency sector, working towards a sustainable future for Northwest communities.

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Program Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating program team activities, managing financial updates and forecasting processes, and driving project management to ensure timely completion of critical path deliverables.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate program team activities to meet goals and objectives, including scheduling meetings and logistics, capturing notes, and meeting material preparation and distribution.
  • Manage financial updates and forecasting processes by driving and coordinating inputs from cross-functional team members.
  • Own and drive resolution and communication of any project issues to ensure goals are met.
  • Manage contracts, including scopes of work and budgets for identified projects in collaboration with subject matter experts.
  • Develop, edit, or proofread material in support of program activities, such as presentations, internal or external reports, and documents.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in environmental studies, science, energy, business, economics, or a related field.
  • Minimum 4-5 years of demonstrated successful project management and/or business analyst experience in energy efficiency, resource conservation, and product marketing.
  • Project management training/certification a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Project, and SharePoint.
