About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Instructional Systems Designer to join our team at Integration Innovation, Inc. As a key member of our instructional design team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing interactive learning solutions that meet the needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Instructional Design: Develop and implement instructional design plans that align with client goals and objectives.
  • Design and Develop Learning Solutions: Create interactive learning solutions that incorporate sound instructional design principles and prevailing learning theories.
  • Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts: Work with subject matter experts to extract technical instructional content and develop learning objectives.
  • Research and Develop Innovative Solutions: Research and participate in creative and technical development teams to identify innovative IMI solutions.
  • Validate Curriculum: Develop and validate curriculum to include writing/creating objectives, evaluations, student handbooks, and instructional lesson plans.
  • Ensure Quality Standards: Ensure that all assigned project ISD teams output complies with requirements and quality standards.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in Instructional Design and Technology, Education, or related Business/Military Systems field.
  • Experience: 6+ years experience in development of Instructional Curriculum.
  • Skills: Excellent written and oral communication skills, experience developing Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities for courseware, skilled in working with Microsoft Office 365 Suite.
  • Security Clearance: Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance is required.
