Position Overview:
We are seeking a committed and diligent Practical Nursing Specialist to join our team on the night shift within the medical division at PrimeCare Medical, Inc.

Shift Details:
Full Time Nights (6:00 PM-6:00 AM)

Key Responsibilities:
The Practical Nursing Specialist will focus on the administration of detoxification medications and provide essential drug counseling, ensuring effective communication of pertinent information to the relevant personnel.

Additional Duties Include:
- Maintaining precise records of all controlled substances, narcotics, and sharp instruments in compliance with applicable state and federal regulations.
- Observing, documenting, and reporting symptoms, reactions, and progress of inmates/patients while contributing to the development of care plans.
- Recording, retrieving, and filing medical information in the inmate/patient medical records.

This role includes a comprehensive two-week orientation period, allowing for on-the-job training and shadowing of experienced nursing staff.
