Northeast Family Services is seeking a skilled Clinician to join our team in Massachusetts. As a well-regarded agency, we offer a unique opportunity to make a difference in your community.
The In-Home Therapist will provide structured, consistent, strength-based therapeutic interventions in a client's home to treat behavioral needs. This role requires a strong understanding of multicultural families and the ability to work with children, youth, and families in a home or community setting.
Key Qualifications:
- Fluent in Spanish and/or Portuguese
- Master's degree in counseling, psychology, special education, or a related field
- Minimum one to two years of experience working with multicultural families
- Minimum one to two years of experience working with children, youth, and families in a home or community setting
- Experience working with children diagnosed with behavioral-emotional disorders or children with Autism Spectrum Disorder
- Training in Applied Behavioral Analysis is highly beneficial
- Valid driver's license with reliable access to a vehicle

Compensation:
- Full-time salary: $64,000 - $72,000
- Incentive rate: $60/hour over productivity
- Fee for Service Rate: $50 - $70/hour
