The In-Home Therapist will provide structured, consistent, strength-based therapeutic interventions in a client's home to treat behavioral needs. This role requires a strong understanding of multicultural families and the ability to work with children, youth, and families in a home or community setting.

Key Qualifications:

  • Fluent in Spanish and/or Portuguese
  • Master's degree in counseling, psychology, special education, or a related field
  • Minimum one to two years of experience working with multicultural families
  • Minimum one to two years of experience working with children, youth, and families in a home or community setting
  • Experience working with children diagnosed with behavioral-emotional disorders or children with Autism Spectrum Disorder
  • Training in Applied Behavioral Analysis is highly beneficial
  • Valid driver's license with reliable access to a vehicle

Compensation:

  • Full-time salary: $64,000 - $72,000
  • Incentive rate: $60/hour over productivity
  • Fee for Service Rate: $50 - $70/hour
