Job Summary

We are seeking mature and responsible individuals to join our team as dishwashers and servers. The available positions vary from per diem to 24 hours per week, and include evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

  • Serving Meals with Excellence
    • Serve meals to residents with exceptional customer service skills
  • Maintaining Kitchen Cleanliness
    • Perform daily mopping of floors in all kitchen areas to meet sanitary requirements
    • Help maintain cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen work areas and equipment
    • Clean cookware nightly
  • Deep Cleaning and Sanitation
    • Conduct regular deep-cleaning of all kitchens, including the Reflections kitchen, and dining rooms
  • Equipment Maintenance
    • Clean and maintain the dishwasher to ensure it is always in working order
  • Adherence to Safety Protocols
    • Follow OSHA regulations and safety procedures when using equipment, lifting, and bending
    • Report all personal accidents or work-related injuries immediately

Requirements

  • Must be at least 16 years old
  • Must have demonstrated dietary experience
  • Must be sensitive to the needs of elders and disabled individuals
