Biology Field Technician

We are seeking a part-time Biology Field Technician to support our team in Boise, ID. As a Biology Field Technician, you will assist our biologists in collecting data, processing information, and mapping in the field.
Job Summary:
This is a unique opportunity to work in a multi-disciplinary team, collecting biological data in the field. You will have the chance to support our conservation efforts and contribute to the preservation of our natural resources.
Responsibilities:
- Familiarity with environments in the western United States.
- Ability to travel and work in the field up to 70% of the time.
- Organization and attention to detail.
- Interest in field data collection and GPS documentation of wetland resources and other biological data.
- Ability and interest to work outdoors in a variety of environments and climates.
- Ability and interest to work with others in a team setting to support efficient and safe field investigations.
- Driver's license and safe driving record.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience performing various biological field surveys for site planning and construction, supporting teams of field scientists.
