Post-Doctoral Researcher in Cancer Biology

We are seeking a highly motivated Post-Doctoral Researcher to join our team at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center. The successful candidate will have a strong background in cancer biology and a passion for understanding the mechanisms of vascular damage.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct in-depth research on the role of acid sphingomyelinase in endothelial cell apoptosis and microvascular dysfunction
- Develop and implement novel strategies to inhibit ceramide-mediated vascular damage
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of researchers to advance our understanding of cancer biology and develop new therapeutic approaches
- Present research findings at national and international conferences and publish in top-tier scientific journals
- Ph.D. in a relevant field (e.g. cancer biology, molecular pharmacology, cell biology)
- Strong background in research methods and techniques, including molecular biology, cell culture, and biochemistry
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Salary and BenefitsThe salary for this position is $61,150 - $75,000 per year, depending on experience. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings, and paid time off.
