Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team at GradBay. As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and compliance of our manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Quality Oversight: Provide quality oversight and support to the manufacturing process, ensuring that all activities and processes meet regulatory agency rules and quality practices.
  • Risk Management: Identify and assess regulatory and quality risks in activities and processes, and implement corrective actions to mitigate these risks.
  • Process Improvement: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance quality and efficiency.
  • Training and Development: Provide training and guidance to other team members on quality procedures and best practices.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with company SOPs, specifications, FDA, cGLP, and cGMP regulations.
Requirements
  • Education: Associate's degree in a business or scientific discipline, or a Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Experience: 3+ years of relevant experience in quality assurance or a related field.
  • Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Working Conditions
  • Work Environment: Work in a cold, wet environment, and may be required to wear personal protective equipment (PPE) and other clean room garments daily.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to carry up to 50 lbs., and push/pull >100 lbs. with a pallet jack, upon training completion.
