Job Title: Phlebotomy Specialist

Location: Various locations in GA, with opportunities to work in different areas.

Pay Rate: $18 to $21/hr or $23/hr for floater positions.

Duration: 3+ months

Shift: Day shift, 40hr/Week or Part time

Job Summary:

The Phlebotomy Specialist represents the face of our company to patients, providing quality blood samples and excellent customer service. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities:
  • Collect blood samples from patients using phlebotomy techniques
  • Prepare specimens for lab testing, following established procedures
  • Provide excellent customer service, creating a positive experience for patients
  • Work independently, with minimal on-site supervision
  • Meet productivity and quality standards, with a focus on accuracy and efficiency
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Medical training, such as medical assistant or paramedic training, preferred
  • Phlebotomy certification, preferred in California, Nevada, and Washington
  • Three years of phlebotomy experience, inclusive of pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections
  • Minimum 2 years in a Patient Service Center environment, preferred
