Radiopharmaceutical Manufacturing Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Radiopharmaceutical Manufacturing Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for the production of time-sensitive radiopharmaceuticals in a highly regulated environment.
Key Responsibilities- Manufacture radioactive isotopes, including synthesis setup, hot cell manipulations, and distribution
- Conduct quality control testing of each batch using various equipment, including gas chromatographs and dose calibrators
- Work in a cleanroom environment to prepare product vials and customer vials for use in drug production
- Perform environmental and personnel monitoring in various environments
- Coordinate daily production run schedules based on customer and pharmacy needs
- Maintain accurate documentation, including daily production records and report preparation
- Manage SAP inventory, including receiving materials, inspecting materials, and maintaining cycle counts
- Perform daily radiation safety tasks and general lab cleaning
- High school diploma or equivalent, with lab experience highly preferred
- Ability to work overnight shifts and be flexible with scheduling
- Effective written and verbal communication skills, with ability to follow detailed instructions
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and exercise sound judgment and problem-solving skills
- Manual dexterity required for equipment operation and occasional reach and lifting of small objects
