Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all incoming inquiries and lobby traffic in a fast-paced customer service environment.
  • Answer high-volume telephone calls using approved scripts, handle objections, and log new inquiries.
  • Direct calls to the appropriate individual or department, and transfer messages when necessary.
  • Field messages from the previous night, enter and assign leads into contact manager, and transfer to representatives upon approval.
  • Greets and intakes visitors courteously, determines their needs, and directs them to the appropriate person.
  • Assigns prospects to representatives in an accurate and timely manner upon approval.
  • Monitors the main entry area to ensure visitors and delivery people are not allowed to roam unescorted.
  • Receives, sorts, and posts incoming mail, and sends and receives packages.
  • Types various forms, letters, reports, and memos, and assists with other related clerical duties.

Requirements:

  • Ability to multitask and follow directions in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Pay: $19 - $21 per hour.
