Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Regulatory Compliance Manager to join our team in the Americas region. As a key member of our regulatory affairs team, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with chemical control and other product-related regulations, as well as providing legislative advocacy for allnex products across all business lines.

Responsibilities
  • Monitor and analyze the development of chemical-related regulations within the region, identifying opportunities for new product developments and mitigating potential consequences.
  • Develop and implement PSRA processes and systems to ensure compliance with new and existing regulations, working closely with the BU and R&D teams.
  • Prepare and submit notifications or registrations dossiers to authorities, enabling the compliant marketing of allnex products in the region.
  • Assess and communicate the compliance status of allnex products to internal and external customers, ensuring transparency and accountability.
  • Collaborate with the Global Hazard Communication team to ensure Hazcom documents (MSDS, labels) are compliant with current regional regulations.
  • Determine and propose regional participation in business teams, trade associations, and advocacy groups, driving regulatory compliance and industry engagement.
  • Manage Product Stewardship Compliance Form submissions through Product Steward Network, ensuring seamless coordination and compliance.
  • Train business partners on regulatory requirements affecting products, ensuring business compliance and adherence to industry standards.
  • Manage Product Regulatory Compliance aspects of Management of Change, ensuring regulatory compliance and risk mitigation.
  • Responsible for Product Regulatory Compliance of new products through the AIMS process, ensuring regulatory compliance and product stewardship.
Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in the Chemical industry, with a strong background in regulatory compliance and chemical control laws.
  • 5+ years of experience in US and CAN Chemical Regulatory Compliance, with knowledge of FDA or other American or International Chemical Control Laws and Regulations.
  • Fluent English is required, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry or related field is required, with a strong foundation in regulatory compliance and chemical regulations.
