The successful candidate will be responsible for operating various types of cranes, including hydraulic cranes, truck-mounted cranes, and lattice-boom cranes, to lift, move, and position loads safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate cranes to lift, move, and position loads, ensuring safety and efficiency.
  • Conduct pre-shift inspections of cranes and equipment to ensure proper functioning.
  • Develop and implement critical lift plans to ensure safe and successful crane operations.
  • Collaborate with other team members to coordinate crane operations and ensure smooth project execution.
  • Maintain accurate records of crane operations, including hours worked, loads lifted, and any issues encountered.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience operating cranes, including hydraulic cranes, truck-mounted cranes, and lattice-boom cranes.
  • NCCCO certification for hydraulic cranes up to 100 tons and lattice-boom truck cranes up to 150 tons.
  • Commercial Driver's License (CDL) and RLW certification.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
