Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Neuro Service Line Lead Operating Room Nurse to join our team at Swedish Medical Center. As a key member of our interdisciplinary team, you will be responsible for providing leadership and coordination of services for our Neuro service line.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide daily operations and maintenance of the Neuro service line
  • Coordinate services as part of an interdisciplinary team of caregivers
  • Collaborate with all other healthcare disciplines to achieve successful execution of the patient's plan-of-care in accordance with the Nurse Practice Act
  • Operational responsibilities include staff education, outcome management, physician outreach, customer service, revenue integrity, and capital budgets
  • Take call as needed by the department and complete other duties as assigned
Requirements
  • Current licensure in the State of Colorado as a Registered Nurse, or current active multistate Registered Nurse license
  • Current BLS Certification through American Heart Association or American Red Cross
  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing. BSN preferred
  • Minimum of 2 years of Operating Room experience preferred. Previous experience with specialty service line coordination and development preferred
