Mission Hospital is seeking a skilled Clinical Nurse Coordinator to join our team on a part-time, day shift basis. As a key member of our nursing staff, you will play a vital role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality, patient-centered care.
Responsibilities- Assist with admission and discharge processes to optimize patient throughput and care.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care services.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to foster a culture of teamwork and excellence.
- Support patient-centered care by engaging in service recovery and addressing patient concerns.
- Contribute to staff development by recommending training and development opportunities.
- Manage staff scheduling and labor to meet patient care needs.
- Assist with inventory control and supply management.
- Current licensure as a registered professional nurse in the state(s) of practice.
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification within 30 days of employment.
- Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Neonate Resuscitation certification within 30 days of employment.
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree or enrollment in a BSN program with a completion goal within 5 years.
