Customer Service Representative

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Professional to join our team at Square Communications, Inc. As a Customer Service Professional, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients through inbound and outbound calls.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer customer questions and resolve issues over the telephone.
- Provide product and service information to customers.
- Upsell and cross-sell products and services to customers.
- Identify customer needs and provide solutions to meet those needs.
- Document customer interactions and feedback.
Requirements:
- Experience with computers and keyboarding.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic practical math, reading, and comprehension abilities.
- Ability to work a minimum of 15 hours a week.
- Hardwired Internet and USB headset.
